🇫🇷 Un décret catalan (en vigueur depuis 2023, validé par le Tribunal constitutionnel en 2025) limite les licences de location touristique dans les communes en tension. Barcelone a annoncé qu’elle ne renouvellerait aucune licence à partir de novembre 2028. Des propriétaires contestent cette politique au niveau européen.

🇬🇧 A Catalan decree (in force since 2023, upheld by the Constitutional Court in 2025) restricts tourist-rental licences in municipalities with tight housing markets. Barcelona has announced it will not renew any licence from November 2028. Owners are challenging this at European level.
